About Me
Welcome to my site, I'm glad you're here. Please take the time to look around and enjoy yourself. As you can see, most of my photography is inspired by the beautiful Cresent City. Of its many qualities, New Orleans has to be one of the most photogenic cities in the world, making it easy for me.
As we like to say down here, "We're so far behind, we're ahead." And its true. Its blend of centuries old architecture and mixture of truly unique cultures make it an interesting place to live and work, to say the least. So whether you are from here or have visited a dozen times, I hope what you see reminds you of good times.
The quick bio:
My name is James Shaw and I live in New Orleans.
I am 27 years old.
I went to LSU where I graduated with a degree in Marketing. I was lucky enough to bear witness to 2 National Championships.
I am a die hard LSU & Saints fan. For better or for worse, its for life.
My father bought me my first camera, a Canon 30D. I have loved figuring it out ever since. He is a great man.
What you have seen here is largely the result.
Please feel free to leave any comments on my photos and/or website. They are all greatly appreciated- good or bad.
Thanks. More to come.
