I'm Not A Wedding Photographer
...I'm just a photographer, but I do shoot a number of weddings each year. If you’re on this page, it means someone probably referred you to me, and that’s just how I like it.
I don’t advertise or promote my wedding work, I simply rely on word-of-mouth and it’s perfect.
My wedding philosophy is simple- it’s about capturing the candid, in-between moments that tell the real story. To me, your wedding day is not about shot lists.
They're about one thing: you and your people. Sure, I'm gonna document the details and the venue and the food and take pretty shots of your rings, but I'm also going to sneak around like a ninja and capture the moments that you never knew were happening.
I'm going to document the real, the beautiful and the authentic.
Here are some pretty photographs for your viewing pleasure
...but to be honest they don't mean much without a little context. Keep scrolling for full galleries and my wedding blog.
Here's the thing about prints
These photos will outlive you. A couple of years ago I found an old shoebox of photos from my grandparent's home. I can't tell you the emotion I felt when looking through them. I was sad that I didn't know these people, my people, in their prime. These photos showed me a side of them that I never knew existed. They were young(!) and so in love. I never met my grandfather (who I'm named after), but I felt like I knew him. This is the power of photography. Your photos are just as meaningful to future generations, maybe even more so.
Print your freaking photos. All of these that you see above were scanned from 2x3" prints that had been sititng in a shoebox for decades. They will last for generations, but not on a hard drive.
Want to see a Full wedding gallery?
Cool, I want you to see one too...or however many you want. It's the best way to understand what you're actually getting from me. It's important to me that you understand my style and how I see things.
Email me and I'll show you all of my full galleries, not just the best of stuff.

The fastest and most beautiful way to deliver your images. You can download them all with one click, or individually. Let's Meet Up!
If you've made it this far then chances are you like what you see, but let's face it...there are a lot of good photographers out there. I want to make sure we connect and hit it off. This is important. If you're in New Orleans, let's meet up for a coffee or beer. If you're not in town, let's schedule a call or skype sesh.
