I've never seen so many shades of blue in my life. The colors are so vivid they almost look fake. Bermuda is simply a paradise. I had been once before about a decade ago and loved it...I couldn't wait to get back. So when I had the opportunity to shoot a wedding there last week I jumped at the chance.
I've known Caitlin for years and she is a gem of a human. Sean and his boy Ryan are two of the coolest cats you'll ever meet. Their relationship transcends that of father/son. They are best friends and it shows in everything they do. Caitlin is the last piece of the puzzle...and although they are just now making it "official", they have been a family for years. It is truly inspiring to watch the love these three have for each other.
When someone trusts you to capture their big day in a foreign land (and goes to a lot of trouble to ensure it happens)...that's a big deal. I was honored, and the pressure was on. Lucky for me it's pretty hard to take a bad picture here.
